I've visited Iceland in 2017 with my mom. I've took with me 2 DSLR cameras and each of them, for some reason, presented problems on the first day of the trip. Taking pictures in Iceland became an irritating mission, with myself wasting time on finding a subject, framing it, focusing and finally pushing a button which simply wouldn't work. On the second camera the problem was with the battery, which died unexpectedly on the first night we went out to shoot the northern lights. For some reason that magical place wasn't supposed to be captured through my lenses.
The images you see here are sort of a miracle, or an intense dream, they are the ones that allowed me to be taken with my phone and revisited by my imagination and memory, one year later.
Welcome to my Iceland experience.
